Meet Keisha Reed. Keisha is the founder and owner of Ksecure Financial Services, an independent insurance agency built on one simple mission: helping individuals, families, and business owners protect what they have worked hard to build while preparing for the future.
Keisha began her insurance career in 2012, managing an independent insurance agency where she developed a strong foundation in insurance, risk management, customer service, and policy education. Her experience later expanded into corporate insurance and claims, including several years with State Farm and experience as an Auto Liability Claims Adjuster with Progressive Insurance.
Throughout her career, Keisha has gained firsthand knowledge of what happens before and after a loss. Her claims background gives her a unique perspective as an insurance professional because she understands that having insurance is only part of the equation. Having the right coverage in place before the unexpected happens can make all the difference.
That experience ultimately inspired Keisha to build Ksecure Financial Services and create an agency where clients could receive personalized guidance instead of simply being sold a policy.
